RULES
(Excerpt)

-The submitted music video can be in any language (not necessarily the national language of the country).
-The music from the video must be released for the first time 2015 or 2016.
-The performer (or one of a group) must be a national of the country he/she represents. Countries with a very small music market can request an exception.
-The entry should be the video of the song (not an excerpt or a concert-video).
-The video should not exceed 5 minutes.
-The song cannot be selected if it has featured in the Eurovision Song Contest, OGAE Song Contest, Second Chance Contest or the last OGAE Video Contest.
-The host requires the submitter to provide a link of the video on a video platform (such as “You Tube”).
-A short biography of the artists and the lyrics of the songs (original language and English translation if necessary) should also be submittet.

-Deadline for registration: August 1st
-Deadline for entry submission: September 1st
-Beginning of voting: October 1st / End of voting: October 31st
-Start of result announcement: December 1st
